The present invention aims to provide tire compositions which provide improved chipping resistance during high speed running, and tires including the compositions. Included is a tire composition containing: an elastomer component; at least one liquid plasticizer selected from the group consisting of liquid rubbers, liquid resins, and ester plasticizers; and a dicyclopentadiene-aromatic compound copolymer resin and/or a hydrogenated dicyclopentadiene resin.
