Disclosed are a cooling manifold for battery cell formation processes capable of uniformly supplying a coolant for battery cell cooling to a pressing plate of a battery cell pressing and cooling system capable of reducing the process time required when cooling and pressing a pouch battery cell during an activation process of the pouch battery cell and measuring the voltage of the battery cell at the same time, thereby dramatically shortening the process time, and a battery cell pressing and cooling apparatus including the same.
