SYSTEM FOR PRESSURIZING AND COOLING BATTERY CELL AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a battery cell pressing and cooling system capable of reducing the process time required when cooling and pressing a pouch battery cell during an activation process of the pouch battery cell and measuring the voltage of the battery cell at the same time, thereby dramatically shortening the process time, and a method of operating the same.
