Disclosed are a pouch-shaped secondary battery folding apparatus including a first seating portion having a seating recess configured to allow a cup portion of a battery case and a flat portion of one side of the battery case to be seated therein, a second seating portion configured to allow an other side of the battery case to be seated thereon, and a position adjustment portion configured to adjust the width of the seating recess such that the width of the seating recess corresponds to the width of the cup portion and a pouch-shaped secondary battery folding method using the same.
