Disclosed are a pouch-shaped battery cell case machining apparatus and a machining method using the same, and more particularly a pouch-shaped battery cell case machining apparatus including a die unit configured to allow a battery cell case including a pocket portion and an extension portion provided outside the pocket portion to be seated on the die unit, a gripping unit configured to transfer the extension portion of the battery cell case to one side while gripping the extension portion, and a cutting unit located between the die unit and the gripping unit, the cutting unit being configured to cut a part of the extension portion of the battery cell case that is being transferred, wherein the die unit is a conveyor configured to continuously move toward one side, and a machining method using the same.
