A thermal shielding arrangement for a turbine probe (22) extending through an exhaust case (15) and a turbine housing (24) of a gas turbine engine (10) comprises a sleeve (40) having a radially inner end fixedly mounted to the turbine housing (24) and a radially outer end floatingly received in a probe boss (32) on the exhaust case (15). The radially outer end of the sleeve (40) opens to an air cavity (G) between the exhaust case (15) and a surrounding engine nacelle (N) to allow for air circulation around the probe (22).
