A die cutting device (100), comprising a conveying mechanism (10), a first cutting mechanism (20), a first limiting piece (30) and a second limiting piece (40). The conveying mechanism (10) is used for conveying a pole piece (200). The first cutting mechanism (20) is located on one side of the pole piece (200) in a thickness direction, and the first cutting mechanism (20) is used for cutting an uncoated area (210). The first limiting piece (30) is provided with a first cutting hole (31), and the first cutting hole (31) matches a cutting track of a laser (300); and the second limiting piece (40) is located on the side of the pole piece (200) away from the first limiting piece (30) in the thickness direction, and the second limiting piece (40) and the first limiting piece (30) are configured to match and limit the pole piece (200) in the thickness direction.
