Further, the alarm processing unit 15 outputs the alarm under the first situation, and continues the alarm's outputting when it is determined, after the first situation, that the work machine 3 is operable. The first situation is defined as a situation in which the work machine 3 is determined to be inoperable, and in which the detection result meets a given condition.
