Source
The invention relates to a solenoid or pressure control valve for a fuel injection system, in particular a common-rail injection system, comprising a valve closure element (2) that interacts with a valve seat (1), is movable in a stroke motion, is actuatable by means of an actuator (3), and is acted upon by the spring force of a valve spring (4) counter to the direction of action of the actuator (3), furthermore comprising a pressure pin (5) which is at least partially received in a central bore (6) of the valve closure element (2) and is acted upon in the direction of a sealing seat (7) by the spring force of a pressure holding spring (8). According to the invention, the spring force of the valve spring (4) acts upon the valve closure element (2) in the opening direction.
