Vehicle pneumatic tire (1) with a carcass (14), a belt bandage (4) arranged radially outside the carcass (14), and a tread (6) arranged radially outside, wherein the belt bandage (4) contains strength carriers coated with elastomeric material; to ensure electrical conductivity, the belt bandage (4) is divided in the axial direction into two belt ply parts (16, 17), wherein the elastomeric material of the first belt ply part (16) is electrically conductive and the elastomeric material of the second belt ply part (17) is non-conductive, and wherein the first, electrically conductive, belt ply part (16) is in electrically conductive contact respectively with an electrically conductive region of the tread (6) and an electrically conductive region of the carcass (14), which is in electrically conductive contact with the contact surface (10) of the vehicle pneumatic tire (1) to the rim (11).
