CANTILEVER LIFT
DRIVE
January 27, 2016
In lift loading platforms, it is necessary to perform what is called ground leveling when the loading platform is lowered to the ground, so that the rear free tip of the wedge-shaped loading platform rests on the ground for loading and unloading. Ground leveling has previously been carried out mechanically or by electrical control. The realization of the mechanics or control requires considerable effort. The invention provides for assigning at least one lifting cylinder (18) of the lift loading platform an internal piston (24) which is designed in the manner of a pressure intensifier. When the lifting cylinder (18) is supplied with hydraulic oil for lifting, this initially does not extend the piston (23) of the lifting cylinder (18), but rather first retracts the internal piston (24) into the piston (23). The hydraulic oil displaced thereby is directed to at least one tilting cylinder (17), where it leads to an automatic reversal of the ground leveling by a corresponding initial upward pivoting of the loading platform.
