SECURING RAIL FOR MOUNTING IN VEHICLES

The invention relates to a safety rail (10) for installation in vehicles. This safety rail (10) is formed as at least one profile (20) and has on its upper side (11) a plurality of recesses (12) which have one or more undercuts (13). The invention now proposes that the profile (20) consists of a formed sheet metal. At least one central region (30) and two legs (40) arranged laterally thereof are provided, wherein the central region (30) is shaped symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis (21) of the safety rail (10).
