The invention relates to a heat exchanger (9) intended to cool a supercharging air flow (F) supplying an intake (5) of an internal combustion engine (1) equipping a motor vehicle. The heat exchanger (9) comprises tubes (101, 102, 103) interposed between a first manifold (13) and a second manifold (14). The tubes (101, 102, 103) comprise tubes of first type (101) collectively delimiting a first internal passage volume (V1) of the supercharging air flow (F) and tubes of second type (102) collectively delimiting a second internal passage volume (V2) of the supercharging air flow (F), which is distinct from the first internal passage volume (V1) of the supercharging air flow (F).
