Air intake system

The fresh air system (4) has a housing (13), through which a fresh air path (14) passes, where a charge air cooler (12) is arranged in the fresh air path flowed through by the fresh air. The housing has an insertion opening (18), by which the charge air cooler is inserted transverse to the fresh air path in the housing in a lateral manner. An outer end area (20) of the charge air cooler closes the insertion opening and has a circumferential support flange (23) which is clamped between a holding edge (24) and a separated holding arm (25).
