Fresh air supply device of an internal combustion engine

The device (1) has a suction module (2) for conducting supercharged fresh air and a charge air cooler for cooling supercharged fresh air. The suction module housing (4) has a cooler shell (7) with charge air inlet (5) containing the charge air cooler and an assembly opening that is arranged downstream of charge air cooler and through which air cooler is inserted into shell with respect to flow direction of charge air. The housing has a connecting shell with charge air outlet and is attached to shell in air-tight manner in the region of assembly opening.
