This power information management system is provided with a power information management device for managing information concerning power received by a consumer. The power information management device comprises the following: a power attribute evaluation unit for evaluating the attributes of the power received by the consumer; and a cumulative attribute information storage unit for cumulatively storing the evaluated power attribute information each time the power attribute evaluation unit evaluates power attributes.
