This power delivery/reception system is provided with a power-storage-information management device that manages attribute information for power stored in a rechargeable battery. Said power-storage-information management device has an attribute evaluation unit and an attribute-information storage unit. Every time the rechargeable battery is charged and discharged, on the basis of attribute information for the power stored in the rechargeable battery, the attribute evaluation unit evaluates attributes of the power stored in the rechargeable battery. The power attribute information evaluated by the attribute evaluation unit is stored in the attribute-information storage unit.
