The reference position of the optical axis Ax is adjusted in a second direction intersecting the first direction by manipulating the second manipulation portion (91a). Of the heat sink (11), at least a portion in which the first manipulation portion (81a) and the second manipulation portion (91a) are disposed, is disposed outside the housing (2).
