At least some of the light emitted from a light source passes through a projection lens (5). A lens holder (6) holds the projection lens (5). A right turning shaft (5a) and a left turning shaft (5b), which are provided to the projection lens (5), extend in an orientation intersecting the optical axis of the projection lens (5). A right bearing (6a) and a left bearing (6b), which are provided to the lens holder (6), respectively hold the right turning shaft (5a) and the left turning shaft (5b). An aiming screw (9) and a joint (5d) allow the projection lens (5) to turn relative to the lens holder (6) about the right turning shaft (5a) and the left turning shaft (5b).
