A led indicator (2) has a bargraph (3) and a lighting device (8) arranged behind the bargraph (3) and provided with a row of LEDs (11) controlled to produce a light bar (15) with a length which is variable as a function of the number of LEDs that are switched on along a lighting sense (16); the LEDs (11) are arranged between screens (20), which are spaced apart from the lower surface (10) of the bargraph (3) and extend at least to reach an axis (28) which starts from the immediately preceding led (11a) orthogonally to such a lower surface (10).
