Control device for vehicle light with several LED's

The device applies a supply voltage to at least two parallel connected rows of light emitting diodes or LEDs (LED) depending on the LEDs and the required lighting. A transistor (Ta,Tb,Tc) is connected in series with each row of LEDs. The transistors are driven so that if a LED fails all LEDs in each row are deactivated.
