Delayed switch-off of a motor vehicle brake light
DRIVE
September 17, 2014
The method involves arranging LEDs (2-11 to 2-33, 3-11 to 3-33, 4-1 to 4-15) of side motor vehicle brake lights (2, 3) and a middle motor vehicle brake light (4) along a direction in a horizontal row and/or a vertical row. A brightness of the LEDs are reduced or the LEDs are switched off relative to each other with a time delay, which remains same during switching-off of the LEDs and/or decreases or increases in course of switching-off of the LEDs. Horizontal and vertical directions are formed by the LEDs of the middle motor vehicle brake light and the side motor vehicle brake lights. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle brake light arrangement.
