Device for securing to a vehicle wheel, to improve its adhesion to floors

The device has two identical elementary modules arranged independently from/to each other on circumference of a rim of a wheel. Each module includes an external clamp (1) and an internal clamp for fixing on external and internal rim sides of the wheel. Each module includes a fixation sheet (6) fixed at the internal clamp and with a tension spring (4). The spring is interdependent of a tension lever (2) that is articulated on the external clamp, where setting in tension around a tire of the wheel takes place by swing of the tension lever on a veil of the rim.
