Window cleaning system and method for cleaning windows

The system has window cleaning apparatuses (1, 2) for cleaning a screen (3) i.e. windscreen, and a position input device (4) for inputting a position (A) on the screen. The window cleaning apparatuses and the position input device are made to signal associated with a control unit (5). The window cleaning apparatuses are controlled by the control unit, and the position input device selectively cleans a detected position on the screen. The position input device comprises a touch-sensitive input surface that is formed inside the screen. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning a windscreen of a vehicle.
