Front-arrangement for a vehicle, in particular for a rail vehicle, comprising a screen cleaning device

The arrangement has a windscreen wiper device (13) driven by a drive device (11). A crash element i.e. bumper bar, is coupled with a shock absorbing element. A windscreen cleaning device (10) is fastened at the crash element for a vehicle. The crash element and the windscreen cleaning device are moved relative to a support of the arrangement and relative to a basic structure i.e. vehicle body, of the vehicle in a vehicle installed condition to move back during occurrence of impact forces and to absorb impact energy by the shock absorbing element.
