Method of operating a wash/wipe system for vehicle windscreens and corresponding wash/wipe device

Process for operating a washer/wiper system for a motor vehicle windscreen uses at least one windscreen wiper, a washer unit for spraying cleaning fluid onto the windscreen, an electronic control unit (9), at least one windscreen wiper motor (8), and a conveying pump (11) for windscreen cleaning fluid. The wiper speed during the cleaning process is adaptively controlled by the control unit depending on the driving condition and/or environmental input parameters. An independent claim is also included for a washer/wiper system for a motor vehicle windscreen.
