Glove compartment lid with handle and fold-out hook

The glove compartment cover (2) has a recess (6) in which a handle (3) is provided for opening of the cover and a folding hook (4). The folding hook is integrated into the handle of the glove compartment cover. The handle of the glove compartment cover is closed in its closed in extended operating position of the hook. A carrier is mounted in the recess of the glove compartment cover.
