Fuel system

The fuel system (1) has a fuel tank (2) and a venting device (3) for venting the fuel tank. The venting device has a separator (4) with a buffer store (5) for a liquid fluid, and a fuel conveying device (15) formed as an ejector (16) for conveying fuel from the buffer store. A pressure reducing element or a pressure adjusting element is provided in an operating medium line (17) of the ejector.
