Device and method for covering/uncovering with a canvas

The device (1) has an inflatable taurpaulin (7) and a blow-molding system (9) adapted for deployment of the taurpaulin from an initial position and for deflating the taurpaulin. The taurpaulin comprises a retaining unit i.e. spiral spring, which is adapted to retain the taurpaulin in the initial position when the blow-molding system deflates the taurpaulin. The blow-molding system has a fluid reservoir (6) coupled to a blow-molding circuit coupled to the taurpaulin. A maintaining unit maintains the taurpaulin in the deployed position when the taurpaulin is inflated or deflated. An independent claim is also included for a method for covering/uncovering of a structure.
