The vehicle seat holder (1a) has a base body (2a) connected to a vehicle floor. A receiving body (3) is connected to the base body, where the receiving body is displaced from a normal position in the direction of a crash position during an event of a crash. The receiving body is arranged in a stable position on the base body during a normal operation. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle floor for use with a vehicle seat fixing medium.
