Device and method for controlled exchange of energy between a power network and a load

The device has a stationary charging station (10) for manufacturing energy connection between a mains supply and a supply point. A subscriber identity module (SIM)-station (20) produces connection between a consumer and the point. A SIM-controller (23) transmits SIM-identification to a charging station-controller in temporal intervals. The station controller provides energy quantity exchanged between the mains supply and the consumer to an energy quantity counter, where the intervals are measured such that the energy quantity lies below a preset measuring resolution of the counter. An independent claim is also included for a method for energy exchange between a mains supply and a consumer.
