Tow bar

The tow coupling has a braking device (69), particularly a friction brake or a piezoelectric brake device for braking the rotation of a ball head with respect to a towing vehicle. A blocking device (236) is provided for blocking the rotation of the ball head with respect to the towing vehicle.
