The valve has a flow piece (2) provided with a flow channel for the fuel, a channel cross-section determining the fuel flow through the channel, and a closing unit (61) reducing the cross-section. The unit is transferred from a position with minimum covering of the cross-section to another position with maximum covering in a reversible manner. The unit in the latter position does not completely cover the cross-section. An independent claim is also included for a burner arrangement comprising a fuel throttle valve.
