Tire bead locking device

The lateral edges (603) of the ring (has a T form cross section) receives an elastic stopper material with hollow bases, which is contacted with the beads of the cover and a bearing surfaces are to press on the beads. The structure has a mass lower or equal to 7 kg. The ring is split between the edges and has a material thickness lower or equal to 8 mm. The device does not contain fasteners for fixing the beads/stoppers on the ring. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an assembled unit; and (2) a motor vehicle using the above device.
