Convertible car

The convertible motorcar has a roof installed on a folding top linkage (17) and a folding top frame (8) which has a drive constructed as a lifting device (12) installed in the passenger interior and with a manual operating lever (11) actuated by muscle power for movement of the roof from its closed position into its stowed position and back. The roof may be moved into its closed position and back by multiple lifts of the operating lever, whereby the operating lever may have a pawl segment interacting with a toothed quadrant (13).
