The device has a charge air cooler (4) with a lower part mounted pivotally at a front facade (1) along a horizontal axis. The cooler has an upper part detachably fixed with the facade by a stud (11) for permitting a tilting of the cooler relative to the facade occupying an inclined position and bringing the cooler closer to an engine (7) in order to permit manually the connection of tubes (8) to a compressor and to an inlet collector.
