Bonnet hinge

The hinge has an upper hinge part (7) connectable with a bonnet, and a lower hinge part (5) connectable with a bodywork component. The upper- and lower hinge parts are pivotally hinged together about a hinge pivot axis for displacement of the bonnet between a closed position and an open position. A ramp device produces a shift movement of the upper hinge part with a force that acts on the upper hinge part and/or the lower hinge part parallel to the hinge pivot axis, in case of crash. The ramp device comprises a movement component directed in a vertical and hinge pivotal axis directions.
