A road vehicle for transporting containers
DRIVE
June 22, 2005
The vehicle has a loading surface (11) whereby the container can be moved from a basic position in which it is mounted inside the cargo area close to the loading surface, into a storage position where a clearance is left between the loading face and moving device (1). In this storage position the container is turned relative to the basic position. The moving device has a receiving frame (5) with L-shaped pick-up forks (6,6'). This frame can be mounted to rotate about a rotational axis parallel to the loading surface.
