The invention relates to a device for height adjustment of a loading floor for the cargo space of a vehicle, in which the loading floor (9) can be deposited in an adjustment process at least in a first storage position (I) that is upper in the vehicle vertical direction (z) and in a second storage position (II) that is lower in the vehicle vertical direction (z). According to the invention, the device has at least one support element (21) which is adjustably mounted at a vehicle-side bearing point (23) and, in a position of use, supports the loading floor (9) in its upper storage position (I).
