Intake system with pressure accumulator

The induction system (10) has at least one suction pipe (12) branching from an air manifold (11), and a pressure accumulator (13) connected in one piece to the induction system. The air manifold, suction pipe and pressure accumulator have a common joint plane, whereby the joint plane divides the induction system into at least two housing shell sections (16,17). The pressure accumulator may be installed on the air manifold or on the suction pipe.
