Seat arrangement for an automotive vehicle with rear seats folding out flat on the floor

The arrangement has a pair (14) of independent lateral front seats (16), a pair (18) of removable and independent lateral intermediate seats (20) and a pair (22) of non-removable independent lateral back seats (24), on a floor pan. The intermediate lateral seats are open for permitting admission of passengers and the lateral back seats are pressed flat on the floor pan.
