The automobile comprises from front to rear three pairs (16,18,22) of lateral seats (16,20,24) and a console (28) which slides on the floor and a table (32) able to be transversely deployed. There is a central seat (48) movable on the floor along the longitudinal axis between the intermediate (20) and rear (24) seats so as to determine a configuration where the table serves the central seat aligned with the intermediate or rear seats.
