Sliding head-liner for a vehicle sliding roof

An internal sliding roof panel for a vehicle has a main panel (1) and a ventilation strip (2). The ventilation is at the front of the panel to provide ventilation when the panel is in the closed position. The front edge of the main panel is provided with a number of profiles (9) with ratchet grips and is pressed into a grip recess in the back edge of the ventilation strip to form a single unit. The fitting can be additionally secured with adhesive.
