Head-liner for a vehicle sliding roof

The sliding roof lining for a motor vehicle comprises a body (14) with at least one opening and a ventilation strip (18) protruding through the opening. A holding slot is formed on the rear edge of the ventilation strip to accommodate the opening edge of the sliding roof body. An additional slot provides a locking connection on the rear edge of the ventilation strip to counteract a moving out movement of the opening edge from the holding slot. At least one locking hook is formed in one piece on the ventilation strip.
