The seat has an L shaped post (3) with an arm (5) directed towards back and front from a transversal axle (7) when the post is in utilization and retracted positions, respectively. The post has an arm (6) directed towards top and towards base when the post is in utilization and retracted position, respectively. A support unit (4) of an armrest is articulated at free end of the arm (6) around a transversal axle (9).
