Vehicle with a rear load compartment cover with variable active length

The assembly has a rigid shelf (23) transversally extending in accordance with a longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The shelf has a rigid plate with one side covered by a coating sheet of a flexible material. A flexible concealing band connects the shelf to a back seat of the vehicle. The band has an extension to vary the working length of the coating sheet beyond the rigid plate in accordance with the longitudinal direction. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle including a rear boot and a rear assembly of concealing the loading contained in the boot.
