Winding shaft arrangement for vehicles for winding a material web

The winding reel (10) has a winding shaft (11), for reception of the material web (12), formed from a metal tubular profile (13), with at least one longitudinal slot (36) formed in the profile wall (33) for clamping an edge strip (14) of the material web, as in DE 10163699 C1. The profile wall has a longitudinal welding seam (34) which is independent of the longitudinal slot.
