Tensioning pulley

A wheel tensioning device (1) has a vertically swiveling tensioning wheel with spokes (2) that links to a fastening device (4) via a lever rod assembly (3) and has a larger brake drum/cable reel (5) with two smaller cable reels (6) fitted on each of its sides. All these reels share a common hub (8).
