CELL FRAME FOR REDOX-FLOW CELL AND REDOX-FLOW CELL

Cell frame for a redox flow cell has a dipole plate and a frame attached to the periphery of the dipole plate. The frame >=50 weight% of vinyl chloride, and the dipole plate is a conductive plastic containing 40-90 weight% graphite and 10-60 weight% chlorinated organic compound. An independent claim is also included for a redox flow cell including a cell stack where the cell frame, electrodes and spacing films are laminated.
