A cell frame for a redox flow cell capable of preventing electrolyte from leaking to the outside thereof and having an excellent workability for assembly of the redox flow cell and the redox flow cell using the cell frame, the cell frame (30) for the redox flow cell comprising a bipolar plate (21) and a frame (31) installed on the outer periphery of the bipolar plate, wherein inner and outer peripheral seals for pressing a diaphragm and sealing the electrolyte are installed on both surfaces of the frame, inner and outer peripheral seal grooves (34, 35) for disposing the inner and outer peripheral seals to prevent the electrolyte from leaking to the outside are provided in both surfaces of the frame, and O-rings are disposed in the grooves.
